Over The Horizon

Long has been the wait, the heart ever present waiting for the fog to burn away, whether it be by rain or by the warmth of the sun, the fog has lifted and the way is clear. Fear has brought much to light, a conundrum reserved for hearts lay slain. Where are the soldiers of courage after age sets upon us, seemingly in the youthful moments we heal from the cuts and scrapes, the broken pieces of our existence. Wisdom is now anew, not a gift merely for the aged. An outstretched hand connecting ourselves to the past where we were one, waits for the warmth of truth, of wholeness, of security.

Laughter and joy in the light is just over the horizon, a distance once oblivious to two. I will take the outstretched hand, breathe the breath of one, indulge in the fountain of joy, take you to depths of your soul you have long forgotten, I will take you there to that place, for therein lies the art which is you, before you were canvass and I the painter, we crossed the paths of celestial gardens only to become at this moment...one.

Let me breathe this fragrance...
